The Walking Dead

Ok, so Sunday, February 14, 2016 started the second half of Season 6 of The Walking Dead.

So much happened in this episode and I feel it was the best episode yet!

Before I can tell you about the episode, I have to give you the back story of The Walking Dead and

hopefully before the semester ends, I can talk about the EPIC episode that just aired on this lovely

day we call Valentine's Day, and this show was truly a treat for me and everyway possible! Soooooo..

The Walking Dead started off as a comic book series, awesome comic book series by the way, then it

became a show on the channel AMC and it originally aired October 31, 2010. Now, the beginning of

the show started in Atlanta, Georgia, where the main character Rick played by Andrew Lincoln; a

Deputy Sheriff, who got shot and ended up in the hospital and left for dead when the zombie

apocalypse started. Rick wakes up in the hospital to find that everyone is gone and he is very

confused. All he wants is to find his wife and son, but he then stumbles upon.....dun, dun, dun!!! The

APOCOLYPSE!!!! While he is walking on the street in a hospital gown, he sees this little girl from

behind and calls out to her, "little girl?" oh but what he finds when the little girl turns around is.....

half of her face is gone!!!! This girl should be dead!!!! but nooo, the little girl is walking around with

a bunny or bear and blood is everywhere!!! Rick is so confused and then he walks upon a torso just

reaching for him....." What in the world!" is what I'd be thinking. He returns home to look for his

family but they are gone, so he sits outside his house and is hit in the head with a shovel because he is

mistaken for a zombie. The attack is stopped by the boys father, Morgan Jones, played by Lennie

James, who is British as well as Andrew Lincoln and other characters!!! Which I find awesome by

the way, how they can speak in the show with southern accents!!!  Any who the episode ends with

Rick going to find his family and Morgan and his son staying behind. Next time I'll get into more

character detail. I love every character! I don't care if they are evil or an angel.  You guys I love this

show, I hope I have some readers who love this show as much as I do and some who will grow to

love this show as I keep blogging about it! Until next time.... Walker Fan Out!!!!

  3. I'm not a huge fan of the show but I loved your description of it. I think that I liked your description better than I liked watching the show! The "dun dun dun" part was a nice touch, made me feel like I was there. lol

  4. OMG I love walking dead... Team Daryl <3. I agree this episode was EPIC. Though there are a few characters I would not mind dying off. :)

  5. Love your descriptions! We have watched the Walking Dead until the end of the fifth season (we started a tad late!) My husband is a complete doomsday preper.. so this is a fun challenge for us to watch and recap how we'd handle things. I still am a bit confused on how the walkers went from using tools/climbing stairs... to how they are now. And the climbing stairs confuses the crap out of me. HAHA!
