Season Finale

The season finale came and we finally find out who "Negan" is!

The bad news is that we have to wait until October to fins out which of the main characters got killed off!

I love how the network AMC gave us Fear The Walking Dead to kind of hold us over.

There are so many things I could discuss about the season finale, but I am heartbroken because the show is over (for now).

I'm also stressed trying to get everything done before this semester finishes, so it's crunch time for me and I'll leave you with our newest villain Negan, who is played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan

The Hook Ups to Break Ups on the Walking Dead

Before I forget this! Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, fans and others!! I present to you

Wait for it, wait for it!!!!!! RICHONNE!!!!

Yes, my blog watchers, Rick and Michonne have become a couple! Who would have thought!!  I jumped out of my seat when I saw this honey!!!! Oh Yass! It happened and there are more couples that I could not foresee, well not really couples, but characters that are leading to an attraction.

Oh Yes!!! We also have Abraham Ford and Sasha Williams!!! Abraham broke up with his long term girlfriend of the Apocolypse the lovely Ms. Rosita Espinosa to pursue Ms. Sasha Williams yall! And Ms. Rosita is now single and ready to mingle! Can you blame her?

Maggie and Carol The Same Boat Episode 13 of Season 6

NOW let me tell you about these two bad girls!!!! Carol Peleteir and Maggie Rhee!!!! They whipped some butt on Season 6 Episode 13!! Can you say girl pride?!!! I can, and really loud and proud for these two bad mamajammas!

So Carol and Maggie get ambushed by the Saviors, "Neegans people," and taken to some slaughter house. Of course Rick and his group are upset about this. One; because Maggs is prego and two; because it's Carol! Everyone loves Carol!!! Carol is like a Betty Crocker home maker serial killer.

So Carol starts freaking out because she knows what she is capable of, she knows she can kill these people and think nothing of it, but she doesn't want to kill anymore. She feels she has too many bodies on her hands and she wants to stop killing.

Oh but Maggie, little farmers daughter, Maggie! She has no problem with killing someone to protect her own.

I loved to see the two of them together in this episode because I don't believe they have been together like this maybe since season two,  but it was a wonderful episode!

I'm not gonna recap what happened but I am gonna tell you that this episode was bad ass!

Update on VDAY Episode Season Opener

SOOOOO! Back to the Episode that happened on Valentines Day!

I'm only going to give you a piece of what happened. To me, this was the saddest thing on Earth (At the moment).

The Episode is called NO WAY OUT! Season 6 Episode 9

Ok, so Rick, Michonne, Carl, Jessie, her two sons Sam and Ron, the preacher and baby Judith are covered in Walker guts, trying to escape the herd that had taken over their house.

They all are hand in hand, so no one is left behind or gets split up. They are doing a great job until SAM!!!!!!

SAM starts freaking out. Mind you he is only around 9 or 10 years old.

He spots another boy around his age has been turned into a Walker and he stops dead in his tracks! His mother is begging him to please move, but he cannot. The Walkers notice that and starts to tear into him and his mom just stands there and watches her son get devoured by the undead. The Walkers begin to devour her as well! Noticing that her arm is still attached to his son, Rick, takes the machete and cuts her arm off.

Jessie's other son, Ron, gets angry and picks up the gun that Carl dropped and points it at Rick. Michonne stops him with her Katana through his chest!!! Not before Ron pulls the trigger and shots Carl in the eye. All you hear is DAD and DOWN GOES CARL!!!!

He pulls through though! This would be his second time getting shot and surviving. This kid has an Angel somewhere! I know, I know, I Know, its just a TV show, but still guys, who gets shot that many times in zombie apocalypse and keeps coming back for more! Carl!!!!! I love Carl though, one of my most favorite characters, only because he is resilient!

Another upsetting moment in Walking Dead history for me!

Super Villian

I love how The Walking Dead, from the beginning of the season, starts off action packed and during the season starts leading you to this amazing cliffhanger for the season finale.

I honestly can't wait to see who this "Neegan" character is. I haven't read all of the comics, only some, but from others I've talked to, he is supposed to be this big bad guy!

So I'm kind of anxious, and I truly think that no villain is worse than "The Governor"

CHARACTERS

Ok my fellow blog walker followers! This week I'm gonna break down the main characters of the show.


Before Apocalypse                        Now


This is Rick Grimes played by Andrew Lincoln. He is the main character of the show and in The Walking Dead comics. He has two children, Carl and Judith. Rick has went from the sheriff, who tries to be fair and do the right thing, to a man who will protect his family and friends by ANY MEAN NECESSARY!

This is Carl Grimes, played by Chandler Riggs. He is also in the comic books and he is Ricks' son.

We have watched this little grow up on this show! He has had his ups and downs with being shot twice, killing his mother and trying to prove to his dad that he is capable of surviving.

Now!!! We have Mr. Daryl Dixon, played by Norman Reedus! He is your crossbow carrying, motorcycle riding, redneck of the apocalypse. Now, Daryl is not in the comics but he is an awesome addition to the show. He has been loved since the beginning.

This is Carol Peletier, played by Melissa McBride. Carol is in the comic books and has come a long way from where she was. Carol used to be an abused wife and mother. Carol lost her husband and daughter and has not been the same. Carol can bake cookies and threaten you at the same time, and makes good on those threats.

Glenn Rhee, played by Steven Yeun, was a pizza delivery person before the apocalypse. Glenn is also in the comics and is the help everyone no matter what they do guy. I mean he is just a good guy!

Ok so these are who I consider to be main characters. They have been with us since season 1 and are still around.

I consider them lucky because the writers don't mind killing off a main character at any time. Sometimes the writers follow the comic book other times they choose to do something different. Which we have seen so often.

I put the season 1 pictures beside the season 6 pictures to show you their progression into the apocalypse and how they have changed so much.

There are others characters that are on the show that are important. Michonne the katana skilled ex lawyer and Maggie, the wife of Glenn and the farmers daughter, whom we all saw her entire family slaughtered on the show.

Ok, so I know I am going a little off topic here, and I know you want to read about the walking dead, but you guys we have bigger issues today. What issues you say?????????

Today is SUPER TUESDAY!!!!! Virginia's day to vote for the primary candidates!!!

I know when I was younger, I could have cared less about who or what was running for President. I was young and carefree. GUESS WHAT? I GREW UP!!! Yes I did!!!!!! I had to think to myself, now self..... There are some issues going on in this world and you have CHILDREN now, and some of the issues that are going on will affect your CHILDREN self!

I say all that to say this, GET UP, GET OUT and GO VOTE!!! If you have rights and are able to vote, GO VOTE.

Some things might not affect you, but you have to think about the next generation. Your children, your grandchildren's lives and so on and so forth. The decision about not voting because you don't think it will change anything is malarkey!!!!  It will change everything, your vote counts!

So, go vote people, if not for yourself, vote for your legacies!
